Zatziki Dip (or Sauce)


2 medium TSFF Manar cucumbers 

1 1/2 cups plain Greek Yogurt

1 clove of garlic, pressed or grated

4 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice

1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh dill


Chop the cucumbers very finely.

Combine with the yogurt, garlic, lemon juice and dill.

Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving. 

The sauce can be kept in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to three days.
