SIMPLE ADDICTIVE SALSA

INGREDIENTS

6 or 7 TSFF Tomatoes 1 large TSFF Candy Onion

1 or 2 Jalapenos

Cilantro

Salt to taste

Scoops, our preference, or any fresh tortilla corn chips

INSTRUCTIONS

Dice the tomatoes, I like pretty large dice, perhaps 1/2", and scrape into a colander set in a bowl.      Dice the onion, perhaps half the size used for the tomatoes.

*Seed the pepper and slice it into smallish chunks. Use a submersion blender or put it in a food processor or blender with a bit of the juice accumulated in the bowl. I pulverize the peppers pretty fine; I just want the flavor and heat, not the chunks.

Clean and de-stem, to some extent, the cilantro, then chop it pretty fine and add to the pile of ingredients in the colander.

Pour it all in the bowl, having left only as much of the **drained tomato juice as you care for in your salsa.

Add salt to taste, mix and enjoy with corn chips

Yummy!
