Roasting Brussels Sprouts
Toss 2 1/2 lbs. trimmed and halved sprouts with 3 Tbs. of olive oil and 1 Tbs. water, then toss with salt and pepper. Arrange cut side down on a baking sheet, which you then cover with a sheet of aluminum foil. Place in a 500F oven for 10 minutes, remove the foil and roast for an additional 10 minutes or until well browned. Lyn will actually eat a couple if done in this fashion!
