Fresh Arugula Pesto


1/2 Cup of walnut pieces (or something like pine nuts or toasted sesame seeds). 1 bunch of our *green garlic, the white and some of the green parts coarsely chopped; lacking that, just use a couple garlic cloves. 1 or 2 Bags of TSFF arugula 1/2 Cup freshly grated parmesan cheese - The better the quality, the better the pesto. kosher salt 1 Cup extra-virgin olive oil - The better.....


In a food processor, combine the walnuts, garlic, arugula, parmesan, and 1 tsp. of salt and pulse to blend.

With the machine running, pour in the olive oil, through the food tube, in a slow, steady stream and process until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed. 

Taste and adjust the seasonings
