Sugar Snap Peas:

3 varieties staggered from mid May to mid June

Tomatoes:

Celebrity and Scarlet Red - Medium to large fruit, and always vine ripened. Available mid July until Frost.
Cherry Tomatoes - Dasher and Sungold

Onions:

Candy - Sweet & Juicy
Mars and Red Beauty - Both red varieties
Copra - Best keeper, very good for cooking.
Available August 1st - Winter.

Garlic:

German White - Fantastic hard necked variety, and the only one we grow these days.
Available June - December.

Sweet Potatoes :

Beauregard - Orange
Japanese - Red/Orange
Available September - March

Sugarnut Melons :

The only melon we grow at Twin Springs. The only complaint we have heard is that they are "too sweet" for some.
Available mid July until Frost.

Carrots:

A recent addition, and very popular. Look for them to start sometime in June.

Winter Squash :

We presently grow seven varieties, which are available beginning in September, and going right through the winter months.
Acorn - Butternut - Confection - Sunshine - Bon-Bon - Delicata - and Red Kuri (Hubbard)

Potatoes:

Red and White new potatoes in the summer months, followed by Yukon Golds and Norkota Russets available through the fall and winter.
